Welcome to K9 & Chaos Creations. By visiting our website or purchasing a product from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Digital Products

Many products sold by K9 & Chaos Creations are digital files, including PNG designs, printable files, and other downloadable products.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states that you are purchasing a physical item.

Product mockups are for display purposes and show examples of how a design may look when used on a finished product.

Digital Design License

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, purchasing a digital design from K9 & Chaos Creations gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design.

You MAY:

• Use the design for personal projects
• Use the design to create physical finished products such as shirts, tumblers, decals, signs, bags, and similar merchandise
• Sell physical finished products you personally create using the design
• Resize the design as needed for your finished product

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or give away the original digital file
• Upload the digital file to file-sharing websites, groups, drives, or other distribution services
• Sell the digital design as your own
• Include the original digital file in another digital bundle or collection
• Convert the design into another digital format for the purpose of reselling or distributing it
• Share the purchased file with friends, family members, businesses, or other individuals so they can use it without purchasing their own license
• Claim the artwork or digital design as your own original creation

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design to the purchaser.

Print-on-Demand and Third-Party Production

Unless a product listing states otherwise, you may use a purchased design to have physical products produced for you or your small business.

The digital file itself may not be made available for download, resale, redistribution, or extraction by customers or other third parties.

File Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the file format listed in the product description is compatible with their software, equipment, printer, cutting machine, or production method before purchasing.

K9 & Chaos Creations cannot guarantee compatibility with every program, device, printer, or production method.

Colors and Finished Products

Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, printer, ink, material, and production method.

K9 & Chaos Creations is not responsible for variations caused by equipment, materials, printing methods, or third-party production services.

Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Because digital files may be delivered immediately after purchase, digital sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All original artwork, graphics, branding, product images, written content, and other materials belonging to K9 & Chaos Creations remain the intellectual property of their respective owner unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of protected materials is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

K9 & Chaos Creations may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version available on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
