Digital Products

K9 & Chaos Creations currently offers digital products, including PNG designs, printable files, and other downloadable content.

Digital products are not physical items and will not be shipped.

After completing your purchase, your digital file will be made available for download. You may also receive an email containing access to your purchased digital product.

Product photos showing shirts, tumblers, signs, decals, or other finished items are mockups used to demonstrate how the digital design may look when applied to a finished product. These items are not included with your purchase unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

No Shipping Charges for Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping or delivery charges associated with digital-only purchases.

Download Issues

If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact K9 & Chaos Creations through the contact information provided on our website. We will be happy to help resolve legitimate download or file-access issues.

Future Physical Products

If K9 & Chaos Creations begins offering physical products, applicable processing times, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and other shipping information will be provided in the applicable product listing and/or this Shipping Policy.

Please review each product description carefully before purchasing to determine whether the item is a digital download or physical product.
